Shipping availability and rates
Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Rates vary by product, supplier, and delivery address.

Separate shipments
Our products may ship directly from different suppliers. Orders containing products from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate packages, with separate shipping charges combined at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates
Processing and delivery times vary by supplier and product. Please review any estimates displayed at checkout. “Leaves warehouse” refers to dispatch time, rather than arrival time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays may occur.

Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be provided as it becomes available. Orders arriving in separate packages may have separate tracking numbers.

Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to request an address change, or your package is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us promptly through Sakura.inc.international@gmail.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
